Shipping

We currently only ship Australia wide. 

• $10 for standard shipping.
• $15 for express shipping. 
• Free express shipping on all orders over $150.

All orders will be sent via Australia Post, with tracking.

In-stock orders will be processed within 1-3 days.

Made to order pieces require up to three weeks to make. For urgent orders please contact me at hello@no3jewellers.com.au and we will endeavour to accommodate where possible.

Returns and Exchanges

Please select your items with care and consideration as No.3 Jewellers and Co. does not accept change of mind returns.

In the unlikely event that you discover a fault with one of our pieces please contact us via hello@no3jewellers.com.au so that we can organise a repair or replacement for you. No.3 Jewellers and Co. reserves the right to determine the best approach for rectifying any faults.

Please note that returns on faulty good are not accepted unless received within 14 days of receipt of goods
